    Hi Joey.
Nice to se that you have began the summer training. But I was wondering if you could be more specific about what you are doing in the 3 different training sessions during the day. I have heard about to sessions during the day but never about 3.
    Thanks.

    Hey Joey,

I am a student at the university of Toronto, in Canada. I too like this other gentleman was curious about the details of your training program. I am hoping to get an idea of how fit you guys (top PSA pro’s are), and potentially try some of the stuff you are doing for fitness (adapting it to my current level of fitness to avoid injury ofcourse). Any shared information is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance, and best of luck with the rest of your training!

Hi GUYS, Well its hard to speak for all the pros but the top guys do a similar amount of hours training but squash is very personal. Some guys do more on court work ie. the eygptians while the western guys do more Gym/ track work in the off season.
I do about 6 hours a day 6 days a week. 1 rest day. the 3 sessions a day are never the same. eg i might do a solo/agiltiy in the morning on court for say 8omins with 20 mins stretch, mid afternoon. a track session like 6 800m 4 400m 200m 1 100m. with a good warm up and warm down 8omins. then i will hit the gym do 90 mins weights/core and then a goos stretch. thats a typical off season day. as the season gets closer i play more on court matches and feeding sessions and routines with less track work. I hope this is of help guys. good luck train well Joey
