Hi Fans, i have just finished my first phase of my summer preperation with the last couple of days, training with Alister Walker. I m feeling very relaxed and  strong. As of today the 2nd instalment of training begins.

Millfield exhibition

Hi fans, i played a fantastic exhibition today at Millfield school with Alister Walker. I managed to win 11-7 in the fifth. This comes on top of 3 weeks very hard training. Im very happy with my off season plan.
